Y·E·S Concierge, LLC is designed to help ease your hectic life so you have more time to do the most important things in life. Time is everyone’s greatest commodity. 

A La Carte Prices

$30 per hour – For any of our basic personal or corporate concierge and errand services
Over time will be charged in 15 minute increments.

$75 for each 4 hour block - We’ll wait in your home or office for deliveries, maintenance or repair services when you can’t be there.

$40 per hour – Special occasions, meetings, events - Planning and coordination services

$45 per hour for Interior Design and Staging

Hourly rates do not apply for third party or sub-contractors. When other vendors are used to provide services, an estimate will be submitted for your approval prior to the commencement of work.

Y·E·S Concierge, LLC Policies

Referrals – Get One Hour Free!
Anyone who refers others to use our service will receive one hour of personal or errand service free for each person who signs on. 

Fees Policy
A minimum one hour service is required for $25.00. As many tasks will be completed as possible within each hour. Costs of purchases and third party fees are not included in Y·E·S Concierge, LLC service fees. 

Scheduling
All services require a 24 hour notice. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours are scheduled with an additional $10 convenience fee to accommodate necessary scheduling changes. 

Special Scheduling
Services required outside of regular business hours may be arranged and will be assessed a $25.00 service fee in addition to the regular fees. 

Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled service is required. If no notice is given, the full price of service will apply. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within the 24 hours period prior to the scheduled service. 

Payments
All services must be paid in advance. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks, cash or money order made payable to Y·E·S Concierge, LLC. All personal checks must cleared before services are rendered. All prices listed by Y·E·S Concierge, LLC are for services rendered by Y·E·S Concierge, LLC and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request. 

Unused Hours
All hours for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.

Errands
Time begins when the Y·E·S Concierge, LLC employee leaves the office or your home. The first 15 miles of travel are included in the cost. Any travel over 15 miles will be billed at the government’s standard rate per mile. 

Access to Property
If the task requested by the client requires access to a business or residence, arrangements must be made to allow Y·E·S Concierge, LLC access to the property. If, for any reason, Y·E·S Concierge, LLC can not gain access, the full charge will be assessed to the client. 

Privacy Policy
All personal and credit card information collected by Y·E·S Concierge, LLC will be solely for the purposes of providing the service contracted by the client. At no time will any of the client’s information be given to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to Y·E·S Concierge, LLC.
